Enquiry and Booking Procedures - If you are unsure about our booking policies in terms of holding and confirming units or deposits to be paid or refunded especially any changes or a cancellation please check with us regarding our terms and conditions. For direct bookings we do send written email confirmation outlining these.

For third party bookings these conditions may vary considerably (Please read all these policies carefully and for more information visit our Tariffs page for more details).

Feedback - We welcome, value and respect your feedback. We encourage all visitors or guests to provide us with positive and constructive ideas, opinions and their overall experiences so that we can continue to improve our product and services. Part of that process is our Guest Visitors Book, customer feedback forms in your rooms or through our Qualmark, MANZ (Motel Association) forms, surveys or supplying feedback direct to these associations. Many third party booking agents or sites will also encourage you to provide feedback and these comments are validated because they know you have stayed with us. Trip Advisor is an independent guide but please be aware that comments and guest stays cannot always be substantiated.

Complaints - If you have not been happy with any aspect of your stay we would like the opportunity to hear from you directly and to resolve the issue so that there is a satisfactory conclusion. If an issue cannot be resolved we invite you to contact the associations above or ask us for details so you can follow through a more formal procedural process.
